Qatar Airways to operate a flight to and from Velana International Airport on 21st April 2020 at 1500 hrs Tourism Ministry states
Qatar Airways has announced to operate a flight to and from Velana International Airport, Male’, Maldives on 21st April 2020 at 1500 hrs. The flight QR675 is to carry foreign workers or any tourists currently in Maldives back to their respective countries.

Ministry request all resorts, guesthouses and island councils to cooperate with Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Tourist Police to extend all the necessary assistance to the passengers in reaching the airport.
All passengers with confirmed tickets to fly on-board Qatar Airways flight QR675 is requested to provide their details before 20th April 2020 to smu@tourism.gov.mv
With the lock-down situation in Male`, Maldives, the Maldives Police Services will permit vessels/vehicles carrying passengers with confirmed tickets from their location to the Airport. All passengers with confirmed tickets are requested to adhere with the relevant authorities and act according to the guidelines provided by the HPA and WHO whilst travelling in such times.
