Air Seychelles has announced to continue their popular weekly direct flights to the Maldives starting this August.

The flag carrier of Seychelles, Air Seychelles has announced to continue their popular weekly direct flights to the Maldives starting this August. The airline says this is the perfect opportunity for travellers to discover another island destination within the Indian Ocean.

According to Air Seychelles, passengers can fly directly to Velana International Airport in just 3 hours. Likewise, the scheduled flights will be operated year-round by the airline’s A320neo jetliner of 12 Business and 156 Economy Class seats.

The airline operated direct flights to the Maldives between 4th December 2020 and 9th January 2021 as well.

Air Seychelles is the national airline of the Republic of Seychelles. The airline was established in 1978 and began long-haul service in 1983. Furthermore, as the main driver of tourism in Seychelles, the airline is a core pillar of the national economy.

The hotel delivers a blend of convenience and elegance, featuring the capital’s first oceanfront pool, a full-service wellness centre, and over 1,000 square metres of business and events space.
