Discover the World of Sober Spirits at SAii Lagoon Maldives

Sober Spirits introduced at SAii Lagoon Maldives

SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton at CROSSROADS Maldives has launched alcohol-free distilled spirits, called Sober Spirits. This initiative targets guests who appreciate the art of cocktails and spirits but prefer to skip alcohol. The premium, alcohol-free options now fill key dining spots across The Marina. With Sober Spirits, guests can indulge without compromise and enjoy festive celebrations this year at CROSSROADS Maldives.

Ahmed Jalaludeen, Food & Beverage Manager at SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton, explains the resort’s commitment:

“At CROSSROADS Maldives, we celebrate diversity—not just in cultures, but in choices. The introduction of Sober Spirits across our resort and restaurants is our way of embracing inclusivity, ensuring that every guest, whether they drink alcohol or not, can raise a glass and savour the moment.”

Crafting the Perfect Alcohol-Free Experience

The Sober Spirits collection includes Gin 0.0% and Rum 0.0%. These spirits offer the same depth, complexity, and aromatic qualities as traditional spirits. Guests can enjoy them neat, with mixers, or in creative mocktails. Sober Spirits proves that guests can indulge without sacrificing taste. Additionally, the renowned Lyre’s Amaretti Non-Alcoholic adds a nutty and sweet flavor, enhancing the alcohol-free experience.

The makers of Sober Spirits focus on craftsmanship. In France, these spirits undergo an initial distillation. Afterward, the alcohol gently disappears using advanced techniques. The result is a flavor profile so authentic that guests may forget its alcohol-free.

Guests at SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton, and dining venues like Kinkao, Jiao Wu, and Kebab & Kurry can now enjoy this groundbreaking offering. They can savor a zero-proof Mojito, refresh themselves with a G&T, or simply enjoy it on the rocks. Each choice guarantees an extraordinary experience.

With Sober Spirits, CROSSROADS Maldives leads the charge in alcohol-free luxury, setting a new standard for indulgence.
