Etihad Airways launches 'Etihad Wellness' which will be championed by the introduction of specially trained Wellness Ambassadors.

Etihad Airways launches ‘Etihad Wellness’ which will be championed by the introduction of specially trained Wellness Ambassadors, which is a first in industry. The implementation of this programmes stringent measures already put in place by the airline to deal with COVID-19.

Implementing innovative ways in reaching out to their customers, Etihad Airways will be communicating these services digitally. An easy-to-use online guide which will provide the high standards placed through out the airlines departments. Detailed information about the measure taken is given in www.etihad.com/wellness for all travelers to read through. Multi-lingual and well skilled ambassadors can be contacted directly by emailing wellness@etihad.ae .These ambassadors provide a more personal approach in assuring and explaining the measures implemented by the airline. For an ease of use Etihad Airways will be expanding the service to include a web-chat option through the website. These ambassadors go through a special training at airline training facilities and online to enhance and provide the best experience for the customers.

With Etihad Airways partnership with Abu Dhabi Airport (ADAC), Wellness ambassadors will be introduced through out the airport over the coming weeks. Etihad Airways will introduce Wellness Ambassadors on board, complementing the roles performed by other Cabin Crew, and providing an enhanced level of customer care focused on health and wellness in-flight. This assures same level of service through out the journey of a passenger.

Etihad continues to follow UAE and international government, regulatory and health authority directives, and is playing its part in helping to limit the spread of COVID-19. With the ease of restriction on border closure , the airline shall restart its international routes.
