Finolhu Maldives and MNU Signs MoU for Fostering Learning and Growth

Seaside Finolhu Baa Atoll Maldives and Maldives National University (MNU) have signed an MoU.

The MoU was signed to offer Seaside Finolhu’s employees an opportunity to pursue further education. With this agreement, the employees can develop in the hospitality industry through programs available at MNU. This MoU also ensures that these educational opportunities are available for employees who are both local employees as well as work permit holders.

Through facilitating academic programs within the resort, the ORC fosters a conducive learning environment. This initiative will also empower islanders to pursue continuous professional growth. This innovative initiative offers convenient access to high-quality education and fosters skill enhancements and career development on-site. Key figures from both organisations attended the signing ceremony, marking the start of a fruitful collaboration.
