IHG Vignette Collection Reaches over 50 Hotels Worldwide Including the Maldives

In just three years, IHG Hotels & Resorts Vignette Collection has rapidly expanded to over 50 properties globally, making its mark on the luxury hotel scene. Since its debut in 2021, the collection has been on a fast-paced trajectory, offering one-of-a-kind stays in some of the world’s most sought-after destinations. Moreover, by the end of 2024, the brand has exceeded the halfway point in its ambitious goal of reaching 100 open and pipeline hotels by 2031.

Currently, there are 19 properties open worldwide including the Maldives, with an additional 34 in the pipeline across exciting destinations such as Japan, and Vietnam. This growth highlights the brand’s commitment to offering luxurious, personalized experiences. Similarly, Vignette Collection blends the individuality of each property with IHG’s global presence, making it an attractive option for guests seeking unique and memorable stays.

Several key properties within the Vignette Collection are already setting new standards for luxury travel. Some noteworthy properties are:

CIEL Tower, Dubai: Opening in 2025, CIEL Tower will become the world’s tallest hotel. With more than 80 floors, it will offer unrivaled views of the Dubai skyline. Guests can expect luxury amenities, including Dubai’s highest infinity pool.

Shanghai Snow World Hotel: This 272-room hotel will provide direct access to one of the largest indoor snow and ice venues in the world. Guests will enjoy an immersive Nordic-inspired experience with top-tier ski facilities.

RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka: As one of Osaka’s oldest and most iconic hotels, RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka will join the Vignette Collection in 2025 after a comprehensive refurbishment. The property, with its rich history, will continue to offer a prestigious experience to guests.

Noku Maldives: As the first Vignette Collection property in the Maldives, Noku Maldives offers a luxurious private villa resort on the serene Noonu Atoll. The 50-villa retreat, which includes villas each with its own pool, ensures guests experience ultimate exclusivity and relaxation. Moreover, the resort invites visitors to partake in the Celestial Turtle Ritual. This is a stargazing experience inspired by the ancient Maldivian art of astronavigation, allowing guests to connect with the local culture while enjoying the stunning beauty of the Maldives.
