Hamad’s journey in the IT field began as a Computer Technician at MTCC between 2008 and 2010, where he installed and maintained vital IT and telecommunication systems. Following this, he moved to Dhiraagu as a Customer Project Technician, a position he held until 2018. In this role, he designed IT infrastructures for resorts and managed over 500 technical issues per year. His troubleshooting protocol, for example, reduced resolution times significantly, and his commitment to operational excellence became a hallmark of his work. Consequently, he earned a reputation for efficiency and problem-solving.

Beyond his technical expertise, Hamad also brings significant business management experience. Since 2018, he has owned and operated Kairos Homeware Boutique, where he refined his leadership skills and gained valuable experience in managing teams and optimizing business operations. This entrepreneurial role, moreover, has helped Hamad develop a deeper understanding of customer relations and business strategy, making him a versatile manager with both technical and leadership strengths.
