Complementing Jeff’s passion, Sarah Milisen, Director of Education at a 5-Star PADI Dive Center in Hawaii, channels her extensive in-water experience of 23 years into nurturing environmentally conscious ocean stewards.

During The Nautilus Ocean Discovery Week, guests can immerse themselves in the enchanting world of the ocean with guided night snorkelling and diving experiences. Guests can venture beyond the ocean’s embrace and indulge in a myriad of activities to suit every adventurer’s palate. From exhilarating water sports such as Seabob or E-foil expeditions to mindful and tranquil escapes at Solasta Spa. Here guests can experience unique in-water relaxation techniques including floating yoga, breathwork and meditation in the overwater pavilion, and water sound healing.

The resort is also inviting young wanderers and teens to participate in a marine biologist workshop. Additionally, there are Bubble Maker courses, an underwater treasure hunt, and a watercolour art workshop on offer. Participants can also enjoy a mocktail-making class and an engaging blackwater photo exhibition hosted by Jeff. A Unique Yoga Experience on the Water

This unique yoga experience suits everyone, whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner. Held at the resort’s specially designed SUP Yoga Dock, the 60-minute sessions take place on a platform shaped like a flower, with each “petal” holding a SUP board. The instructor guides participants through a series of gentle yoga poses, emphasizing balance, breathing, and fluid movement—all while surrounding them with the calming sounds of the sea.

The Float & Flow Yoga classes take place four days a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays—at 10:00 AM. To maintain an intimate and supportive environment, the resort limits each session to only eight participants. Moreover, the class requires a minimum of three guests to run and costs $45 per person, including taxes and service charges.

For those looking to capture the beauty of the moment, guests can opt for a professional drone photo and video package, available for an additional $25 per person. These stunning aerial shots offer unforgettable mementos of the experience.

Guests should wear comfortable yoga or swim attire and arrive 10 minutes early at the Perfect Wave Surf Shop for a brief pre-session orientation.
