LUX* South Ari Atoll has won the British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award for the fifth year in a row. The resort secured the award with an overall score of 9.7 out of 10. Hence, LUX* South Ari Atoll ranked among the top 4% of the highest-rated hotels for 2020 by British Airways Holidays.

British Airways Holidays collaborates with Reevoo to collect feedback from customers. Then, the company uses this feedback to honour the top-rated hotels.

Every year the top-reviewed hotel partners of British Airways Holidays are presented with the prestigious Customer Excellence Award. Hotels which receive a rating of at least 9.0 out of 10 from customers, and only those that have received more than five verified reviews, are eligible for this award.

Earlier in December 2020, the 5-star resort also secured the Travel + Leisure India’s Best Award. Last year, Condé Nast Traveler also honoured both of LUX* Hotels & Resorts properties in the Maldives in the Readers’ Choice Awards.
