Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi enhanced the resort’s wellness offerings with the opening of Aqua Wellness Centre.

Luxury Maldives getaway, Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi enhanced the resort’s wellness offerings with the opening of Aqua Wellness Centre. According to the Ithaafushi, this new offering was introduced to the resort last week.

According to Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi, the pool at the Aqua Wellness Centre is designed in zones, with each station targeting a separate part of the body. The zones include a jet bath, air jets, shower and a massage lounge. Moreover, according to the luxury resort, the zones use levels of intensity and water temperature aimed at:

  • Easing muscle tension
  • Boosting the immune system
  • Increasing blood circulation
  • Speeding up metabolism
  • Improving deep sleep quality

The water-based treatments are ideal for guests aged 16 to 77. Likewise, the resort says that the experience is the best antidote to fix jet lag after a long flight.
