The organizers held the culinary challenge from the 13th to 15th May. Competing against top talents from the region, the team demonstrated exceptional skill and creativity. With this, the team from Sun Siyam Vilu Reef brought home a host of medals across various categories.

Ahsani’s silver medal in the beef category and Pritham’s silver in the seafood category, along with being the regional 2nd runners-up, highlight their exceptional talent. Manoj’s bronze in the chicken category further underscores the culinary excellence at Sun Siyam Vilu Reef.
The judges recognized Dinush’s talent with merit certificates in both live carvings and show artistic categories, demonstrating his creativity and skill in food presentation.

The beverage team shone brightly as well, with Puran Chalis winning a silver medal in the iced tea challenge and securing the regional 2nd runners-up position. Pathum Udayanga’s innovative mocktails earned him a bronze medal, while Ashrof Khan’s creative beverage skills were awarded a silver medal.
