COMO Cocoa Island has announced Arta Rozefelde as its new Resort Manager, effective 9 January 9 2025. In this role, Rozefelde will manage all aspects of the resort’s operations. She will ensure that every guest enjoys the exceptional service and experiences that COMO is known for. Additionally, she will oversee the team, maintain the resort’s high standards, and enhance the serene atmosphere that attracts guests to COMO Cocoa Island.
Peter Nilsson, Managing Director for COMO Hotels and Resorts in the Maldives, expressed his excitement about Rozefelde’s appointment. He commented,

Rozefelde brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has led prestigious private islands in the Philippines and Seychelles, and worked with luxury cruise lines. Her deep understanding of managing remote luxury destinations perfectly aligns with COMO Cocoa Island’s values. Furthermore, she has excelled in managing several luxury hotels in the Maldives, where she honed her ability to provide personalized, unforgettable guest experiences. Rozefelde’s expertise spans front office operations, sales, and team leadership. She consistently drives operational excellence and ensures high-quality service standards.
In her new role, Rozefelde will work closely with all departments to elevate COMO Cocoa Island’s reputation. The resort, nestled in South Malé Atoll, offers 33 overwater villas, each designed for ultimate relaxation and personalized service.
