Afterward, she transitioned to the tourism sector, holding positions with Pulse Hotels & Resorts and Villa Group before joining Sun Siyam Iru Veli. Shama holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Communication and has a natural talent for crafting engaging stories that resonate with audiences worldwide.

As a Maldivian national, Shama has a strong connection to the country’s culture and heritage, which makes her an ideal fit for Sun Siyam Iru Veli’s mission to highlight the unique offerings of the Maldives.
