I mean one thing that I have learned throughout my career is, and this is something that one of my mentors told me, that you can never manage human beings. You can always inspire. And that is something I try to do every day.

06. What’s one word of advice you would like to give to anyone looking to join the industry?

Be always grounded, like, never be so proud of yourself that you lose yourself, actually. So be always humble no matter who you are facing, and go forward. That’s how it should be.
