The resort announces a thrilling collaboration with Chef de Cuisine Zhao Bo from Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort, Dubai. At the Middle East Chef Excellence Awards, Zhao was recently honoured as Chef de Cuisine of the Year. Chef Zhao Bo’s culinary expertise, particularly in Chinese delicacies, will further elevate the restaurants’ Asian flavours throughout the festive week from 9 to 15 February 2024, alongside the resort’s talented Executive Chef, Riccardo Pinna.

In celebration of the Chinese New Year, the resort will be transformed into a vibrant haven adorned with captivating Chinese decorations.
