Constance Hotels & Resorts has appointed Joseph Henri Arnulphy as the General Manager of Constance Moofushi in the Maldives. He accepted his new role and took on his responsibilities as the General Manager on 14th March 2020.
Henri’s 13 years of experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry makes him competent for the new role. He has worked with Constance Hotels & Resorts for 05 years, making him well-versed in the company knowledge. Henri’s career with the luxury brand started as Resort Manager of Constance Tsarabanjina, Madagascar. After 03 and a half years, he got promoted to the Resident Manager of Constance Moofushi.
At the beginning of his career, Henri worked as a salesman for a few months in Mauritius. Joining the tourism industry, he started work as a full-time Guest Relation Officer at Le Preskil Beach Resorts. From there on, he moved his way around the world to Australia and worked in Food and Beverages, Foreign Guest Relation where he got the opportunity to provide personal services to the President and Prime Minister visiting the hotel. After which, he moved to UAE as a Front Desk Receptionist at Monte-Carlo Beach Club in Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. Next, he worked as the Restaurant Manager on board a luxury yacht, cruising from Greenland to Antarctica.

It is definitely a unique destination and a spectacular location for my office . I feel really honoured to be here and to represent one of Constance’s properties in the Maldives.
