The Debut resort of Fari Islands, Ritz-Carlton appoints Deanne Garling as the Director of Human Resources. Deane Garling brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry who has commenced her new appointment with The Ritz-Carlton Maldives on 16th March 2020.

From Australia, Deanne Garling holds Diploma in Human Resource Management and Business as a strong educational background. As a start of her career working through various hotels including Radisson on flagstaff Gardens, Melbourne and Stella Hospitality Group. With her past experience in Maldives working in Maldives at Gilli Lankanfushi for 09 years prior to her most recent Works as Director of Human Resources at Waldorf Astoria Ithaafushi, deans brings a strong wealth of Locals Maldives.

A humble personality and a person who enjoys multiple activities such as scuba diving, tennis, yoga, reading and travelling.

The Ritz-Carlton will be another international brand addition to the luxury resorts of the Maldives, joining Marriott’s other properties St Regis, W, Westin, Sheraton and JW Marriott. In the recent press Fari Islands, Ritz Carlton also appointed Mafalda Costa Tavares as The Director of Sales & Marketing and Nabeel Abdulla as Director of Sales.
