Iris Mittenaere – Miss France & Miss Universe 2016 has been spotted holidaying in the Maldives at Soneva Fushi. However, the french model is now holidaying at Soneva Jani in Noonu Atoll as seen from her Instagram Story.
The Miss Universe shared with her 2.5 million followers a look into her holiday in the Maldives. In one post shared a few days earlier, the French model revealed herself in a bikini with waves beautifully splashing. The model said she was like “crazy” when she spotted a bunny at the resort.
In another photo she shared on her Instagram, Iris Mittenaere is seen laying in front on the beach. The black and white Instagram post garnered her more than 162,000 likes. Of course, fans hurried to applaud the post with a flood of emojis and comments. The model captioned the post “Crêpe Suzette at #sonevafushi”.
Meanwhile, Iris Mittenaere also called Soneva Fushi an “unreal” place as she posted a video sliding into the lagoon from her waterslide. The video received more than 2,200 comments. The model asked fans to tag someone they want to slide into the water with. Do you want to try this?
Posing with a backdrop of the Indian ocean and a rainbow, the french model said her name is inspired by the greek Iridos which news rainbow. She captioned the post that she had to tell this since she hasn’t managed to take a picture with a rainbow yet. But, we think she’s pretty close to the rainbow right here!

Iris Mittenaere, a television host and the Miss Universe 2016 is currently holidaying at Soneva Jani. The beauty pageant titleholder is the second Miss Universe from France after Christiane Martel, who won the Miss Universe in 1953.
