March 22, 2025: A Symphony of Wine & Flavors at the Wine Room

The culinary journey begins in the intimate Wine Room at Aailaa. This space boasts an impressive collection of over 300 wine labels and more than 1,600 bottles. Guests will explore a world-class selection from both old and new wine regions. Chef Dmitrii will craft a memorable four-course dinner, featuring standout dishes such as crispy chicken with watermelon and soy sprouts, octopus in black pepper sauce, and his signature honey cake with blackcurrant sorbet. Each dish will pair with wines selected by the resort’s sommelier, enhancing the overall experience. March 24, 2025: Culinary Voyage at RIHA

For a truly unforgettable experience, six guests will dine under the stars at RIHA. A sunken outdoor Tandoor & Tawa will set the stage for a unique celebration of live-fire cooking. Surrounded by the resort’s natural beauty, tiki torches lighting the evening, and a panoramic view of the sunset, diners will savor a fusion of Indian and other Asian culinary influences. Chef Dmitrii and Chef Rohit from the resort will guide this culinary voyage. They will showcase grilling techniques and celebrate flavors from across Asia.

March 26, 2025: The Essence of Japan at Hashi/Shio

The event’s final day will take place at Hashi, the resort’s exquisite Japanese restaurant over the water. Chef Dmitrii will present a five-course meal that captures the essence of Japanese cuisine through a modern lens. Guests will enjoy a refined cold appetizer of crab, black caviar, and ginger sauce, followed by hot lamb loin with baked leeks—a creative twist on classic flavors. A Culinary Vision: Chef Dmitrii Eremeev’s Journey and Expertise

A native of Baku, Azerbaijan, Chef Dmitrii began his culinary career at the prestigious “Yar” restaurant. He joined Maison Dellos in 2000, quickly rising to the role of Head Chef in 2008. Throughout his career, Chef Eremeev has represented Azerbaijan at the Cannes International Gastronomic Festival. He also played a key role in launching the Dellos Diet at Turandot. Additionally, Chef Dmitrii has catered for high-profile events such as the 2017 Confederations Cup, the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, and the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Chef Dmitrii Eremeev is recognized for his bold yet refined culinary style. He blends Pan-Asian and Classic European flavors with a modern twist.
