One of the key attractions of her residency will be a towering three-meter-tall edible chocolate wall art installation. Inspired by the Maldives’ vibrant marine life, the artwork will be made entirely from sustainably sourced chocolate. Guests, in turn, will be invited to taste hand-painted bonbons from its 100 reef-like cavities. In addition, Chef Wong will serve unique desserts such as Yuzu Meringue Clouds and Salted Caramel Lava Spheres at live dessert stations, with these delights carefully paired with dessert wines selected by the resort’s sommelier.
Exclusive Dinner and Creative Workshops
Moreover, on April 24th, Chef Wong will team up with OZEN LIFE MAADHOO’s Executive Chef Alok for an exclusive four-hands gourmet dinner. This event, hosted at the resort’s underwater restaurant, M6m, will be limited to just 40 guests. It will feature a dessert degustation menu, where Chef Wong and Chef Alok will reimagine Maldivian ingredients through modernist techniques.
