She has worked with some of the most prestigious hotel brands in the world, including Rosewood, Marriott, Shangri-La, and the Royal Palace of Jordan. Her extensive experience also includes notable positions at Montigo Resorts and Coco Boduhithi Maldives. Over the past decade, Chef Nyoman has played a vital role in Accor Hotels, contributing significantly at Sofitel Macau, Pullman Guangzhou, Pullman Maldives, and now, SO/ Maldives.

Moreover, Chef Nyoman’s roots trace back to Bali, Indonesia, where her love for food began in her childhood, inspired by her mother’s traditional cooking techniques.
