Srilankan Airlines to Operate a Special Flight to London & Moscow

Srilankan Airlines has announced that they will be operating a special flight to London & Moscow from Male tomorrow

Srilankan Airlines is scheduled operate a special flight to London (Heathrow) & Moscow (Domodedovo Airport) from Male tomorrow, 21st May 2020. This announcement was made along with flights to Melbourne and Narita being schedule to be operated today from Velana International Airport.

London flight tickets can be purchased to nationalities from United Kingdom , EU & USA/CA . The flight is scheduled to be depart at 0935 hrs from Velana International Airport and arrive at London Heathrow at 2000 hrs. The flights has a stopover of 01 hr and 35 mins in Colombo, Srilanka. The prices of the one way ticket is USD 1285.00 Per Adult and USD 1042.00 Per Child , with a baggage allowance of 30kg per person. With it EU/US/CA Passengers holding onward tickets to other EU/US/CA destinations (via London) will be accepted to purchase a ticket with a subjectivity to country regulations valid for Respective passports only.

Moscow flight tickets are subject to Transit / Country regulations. The flight is scheduled to be depart at 0935 hrs from Velana International Airport and arrive at Moscow (Domodedovo Airport) at 1900 hrs. The flights will do a stopover of 01 hr and 30 mins in Colombo, Srilanka. The prices of the one way tickets USD 1778.00 Per Adult, with a baggage allowance of 30kg per person.

SriLankan Airlines is the flag carrier of Sri Lanka and a member of the Oneworld airline alliance. It is currently the largest airline in Sri Lanka by number of aircraft and destinations and was launched in 1979 as Air Lanka following the termination of operations of the original Sri Lankan flag carrier Air Ceylon. Srilankan Airlines has been one of the airlines to do multiple repatriation flights from Maldives to other destinations since the start of the pandemic.

Additionally, the solar panels are also expected to reduce 10% of the fuel consumption at Canareef Resort Maldives.
