In partnership with the Maldives’ Ministry of Tourism and Health Protection Agency, team members at Veligandu Island Resort & Spa received the COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccination is in-line with the resort’s promise of providing a safe and peaceful environment for guests and employees.

While employees at Veligandu received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, over 220,000 people in the Maldives has also received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. The island nation is currently preparing to administer the second dose of the vaccine.
