Pooja Ramachandran Celebrates Birthday in Maldives


The popular Indian actress, Pooja Ramachandran celebrates her birthday in Maldives along with her husband, John Kokkan. Pooja took it to Instagram to share some of the memories she made in the island paradise.

Never ever have I enjoyed the sea more than this trip! The ocean life is just unbelievable! The colours, the beauty, the fish, and nature! UNBELIEVABLE! Maldives you are just such a beautiful part of this world!”

Pooja Ramachandran captioned one of the posts.

Pooja made her debut as a VJ in ‘Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Eppadi’. She has starred in a number of Malayalam and Telugu films including ‘Nanban’ and ‘Nanbenda’, and has hosted plenty of TV shows.

Maldives is renowned for its romantic setting. The tranquillity of the island life along with the white sandy beaches and the pristine waters, the array of fun-filled activities offered, makes it the perfect getaway for couples, families and even groups of friends.

Séan Garnier Takes Kandima Maldives by Storm with Freestyle Football

Travellers who vacationed at Kandima Maldives recently got the performance of a lifetime!

Redbull-sponsored freestyle football legend Séan Garnier recently took over Kandima Maldives, surprising football fans on vacation. During a fun-filled beach event, vacationers got to play short one-on-one games with Garnier. Additionally, Garnier also pulled out some major tricks, bringing contagious energy to Kandima Maldives.

Kandima Maldives appears to be a favourite spot for Séan Garnier and his family, as this is not the first time he has stayed at this beautiful resort destination. Promoting his one-on-one game and tricks, Garnier stated that Kandima Maldive is the most beautiful island in Maldives. Just a few years back, in 2019, Garnier brought his family on a little getaway to Kandima Maldives. Sharing pictures on Instagram, Garnier thanked the resort for an awesome week of vacation.

Even during his 2019 trip, Garnier took some time to play one-on-one matches with the resort staff in addition to partaking in the ice-bucket challenge. The ice-bucket challenge was popularised during this time, to raise awareness around amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.

In addition to his stay in Kandima Maldives, Séan Garnier has also performed in the Maldives back in 2011. As the first world champion of Redbull Street Style Soccer, Garnier performed in various parts of the Maldives. This included the Greater Male’ Area, Alif Alif Atoll Rasdhoo and the Dhiraagu Road Show. During this visit, Garnier was joined by Andreas Cetkovic, Champion of France 2010.

The French-born, freestyle soccer expert embraced the urban art of freestyle football after following his ambition to become a professional footballer. Quickly finding his groove, Garnier was crowned the World champion at the first Redbull Street Style World Finals in Brazil in 2008. Since then, Garnier has been a fan-favourite when it comes to freestyle tricks.
